Rates and Reservations for the 2008 season:
May 31 to June 28: $1200
June 28 to August 2: $1300
August 2 to September 27: $1500
September 27 to October 25: $1300

FURNISHINGS: The house is completely furnished to include all linens,
TV, VCR, DVD, complete kitchen, and gas BBQ grill. Guests need to supply all
food. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms which will comfortably sleep six
people. The front porch is set up as an exercise room with several pieces of
equipment. After exercising, relax in the family-sized hot tub on the back
porch which provides views of Mill Cove.
RESERVATIONS: Call or email to inquire about availability of weeks.
After making your verbal reservation, a rental contract will be mailed to you.
Your reservation is secure and confirmed upon our receipt of your 50% deposit.
The balance of your rental, plus a security deposit of $500, is due 30 days
prior to check in date.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM on Saturday. We
will meet you at the premises and familiarize you with the house and with
activities the area has to offer. Check out time is no later than 10:00 AM on
Saturday.
